Istanbul Medipol University Foreign Languages Coordinatorship would like to announce their call for conference papers in the areas of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Cultural Competence.
Suggested areas of focus include, but are not limited to:
teacher training/CPD in SEL
approaches to SEL in K-12 schools
approaches to SEL in tertiary education
addressing issues of diversity and inclusion related to SEL
state/private school inclusion of SEL
geographical/cultural/international perspectives and practices
approaches to student well-being
SEL in online classroom settings
encouraging cultural competence within ELT
merging cultures in multi-lingual classrooms
SEL and mental health
SEL and digital/social media
