On behalf of EPOS I would like to invite you to the EPOS-Advanced Course, to be held September 6-7, 2013 in Izmir, Turkey. It is a great honor for us to have the opportunity to meet the international experts of pediatric hip problems on our Meeting.
The European Pediatric Orthopaedic Society is a non-profit, professional organization, with its primary focus on providing continuing medical education for health care professionals and on supporting research in pediatric orthopaedics. EPOS Advanced Course, like this one, contributes to pediatric orthopaedic education throughout the Europe. Each course is designed to serve the needs of pediatric orthopaedic surgeons in Europe with lectures, workshops and case discussions.
This meeting has been themed "Current Concepts in the Management of Pediatric Hip Disorders" . We feel this is very timely, as knowledge and techniques in pediatric orthopaedic surgery have expanded, surgeons require the platform to evaluate these developments in meetings such as these. To this end, we invite speakers and experts from all over the Europe and US, as well as from Turkey to come and share with us, present for us and teach us what are new, not forgetting that we have to also evaluate the outcomes of established practice.
