31. IRU (Uluslararası Karayolu Taşımacılığı Birliği) Dünya Kongresi

M.Binali YILDIRIM, Minister of Transport, Turkey “Turkey, home to several important transport routes, has always had an essential role in Eurasian transport operations and this identity gains greater importance with increasingly intensive use of Eurasian transport corridors, leading to the revival of the ancient Silk Road which, we hope, will bring peace and prosperity not only to our region but to all parts of our world.” M. Rifat HISARCIKLIOGLU, President, Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) “As the President of TOBB, the umbrella organisation re-presenting the Turkish business community with its 1.3 million members including the road transport sector, I am more than glad that the 31st IRU World Congress will be held in Istanbul, the city where routes, continents and cultures embrace each other.”
