“VIOLENCE in HEALTH and NURSING” MARCH 5-6, 2020 School of Nursing, Students Local Organizing Committee at Maltepe University is pleased to announce the call for papers for the international students’ Congress on “VIOLENCE in HEALTH and NURSING" to be held at Maltepe University on 5-6 March 2020. We welcome submissions for individual papers that should be addressed in : VIOLENCE in HEALTH and NURSING: · Preventing violence in health and nursing · Nurses' assessment of physical, psychological and sexual violence · Exposure of nurses to aggression and violence and health outcomes · Violence and abuse against women and children and the responsibilities of the nurse · Abuse of older people and the roles of the nurse · Legal and ethical problems of aggressive attitudes of patients and their relatives towards nurses · Harassment and mobbing among nurses at workplaces and possible effects on the quality of patient care · Neglect and violent behaviour of caregivers and health professionals
